This limited edition bobblehead features aviatrix Amelia Earhart carrying a red Lockheed Vega 5b and exhibiting a dignified poise. Let her achievements inspire you to reach new heights everyday.

Born and raised in Atchison, Kansas on July 24, 1897, Amelia Mary Earhart knew aviation would be her passion from an early age. She wouldn’t let the male-dominated field keep her at bay. She took her first flying lesson on January 3, 1921 and would buy her first plane within six months. She went on to set a number of aviator records, including being the first woman to reach an altitude of 14,000 feet as well as the first woman to fly solo and nonstop across the United States.

Tragically, she went missing while trying to fly around the world in June 1937. But her legacy has inspired countless women and men to think differently and persevere.
